FAQs

1. Who takes responsibility if city permits or compliance issues delay the event?

Permits are handled by our team well before the event date. We follow up directly with city officials, track approval timelines, and flag anything that needs attention early enough to resolve it. By the time your event day arrives, the compliance side is already closed out.

2. What happens when vendors and guests come at the same time?

It won't, because we schedule them separately from the start. Vendor load-in gets its own window, early enough to clear the access points, unload, and set up before the first guest pulls up.

3. How do you manage coordination between multiple vendors during setup and teardown?

Every vendor gets a scheduled window, when they arrive, which entrance they use, and how long they have before the next team needs that space. We have someone on-site during setup and teardown to keep that sequence moving. If something happens, we adjust in real time so it doesn't create a chain reaction that pushes everything else back. With our event planner service, plan everything in advance.

4. How do you prevent disruption to hotel operations during large events?

We keep event traffic and hotel operations on separate tracks. Guest arrivals, vendor access, and event movement are routed and timed so they don't compete with regular hotel check-ins, staff movement, or property services. Hotel guests shouldn't feel like there's a large event happening, and with proper access management, most of the time they don't.
