How We Perform

One Vehicle, One Chauffeur, the Whole Route Planned in Advance

Wine country runs on tasting-room hours and winding two-lane roads, not city traffic. We know the drive out to the Shenandoah Valley foothills, the Apple Hill wineries, and the longer haul to Napa and Sonoma, and we plan the stop order so nobody's waiting on a rideshare between pours.

The biggest risk on a wine tour isn't the itinerary, it's the drive home. With a chauffeured vehicle, nobody in your group has to stay sober to drive, and nobody has to split off from the group to book a separate ride back.

Where We Go

Wine Country Trips Built Around Your Group

Amador & El Dorado Foothills

The closest wine country to Sacramento, well suited to a half-day trip without eating up the whole weekend.

Napa & Sonoma Day Trips

A full-day charter for groups who want to go further, with the vehicle and chauffeur on standby for the entire trip out and back.

Winery-to-Winery Routing

Multiple tasting-room stops mapped into one route, so your group moves from pour to pour without arranging anything in between.

Private Tasting Groups

Birthday, bachelorette, and friend-group outings sized to the group, from an intimate party to a full bus.

Corporate & Client Outings

Client entertainment and team trips to wine country, with confirmed pickup and return times so the day stays on schedule.

Vehicles Sized to Your Tasting Group

The right vehicle depends on group size and how many stops are on the route.

Party Bus

Suited for larger tasting groups who want to ride together, with room to spare between stops.

Stretch Limousine

A better fit for smaller, more intimate tasting groups and anniversary or birthday outings.

Why Groups Choose Us for Wine Country

Nobody Has to Stay Sober to Drive

The whole point of a chauffeured wine tour: everyone in the group gets to actually taste, and nobody's stuck driving home.

Route Planned Around Your Wineries

Tell us which tasting rooms you want to hit, and we build the stop order and timing around them.

Chauffeur Waits at Every Stop

No booking a separate ride between wineries. The vehicle is right there when you're ready for the next stop.

Local and Long-Haul Regions Covered

From a half-day trip to the Sacramento foothills to a full day out to Napa or Sonoma, the same planning applies.

FAQs

1. Do you go to Napa and Sonoma, or just the local wine country near Sacramento?

Both. Amador and El Dorado County are the closest wine regions to Sacramento and work well for a half-day trip, and we also run full-day charters out to Napa Valley and Sonoma County.

2. How many wineries can we visit in a day?

It depends on the region and how long your group wants to stay at each stop, but most full-day trips comfortably cover 3 to 5 tasting rooms. We build the route with your group before the trip.

3. Does the driver wait at each winery, or do we need separate pickups?

The chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group for the entire trip. There's no separate pickup to arrange between stops.

4. Is there a minimum group size for wine tour transportation?

We size the vehicle to your group, from a small party in a stretch limo up to a full party bus, so there's no fixed minimum.
